Optional Mod : designer markers (xmodel pack)
eXtreme Version: 2.7

Description:
Models for mbot waypoint development and spawnpoint designer mode.

Instructions for spawnpoint designer mode:
For spawpoint designer mode, you MAY set up a local listen server in developer mode,
so you can see spawnpoint origins within the game. To enable COD2 developer mode,
switch on the "developer" and "developer_script" dvars in server.cfg.
If you are going to enable COD2 developer mode, we recommend to set up an isolated
game server environment for this. For details see http://www.mycallofduty.com.
- Add z_designer.iwd to your fs_game folder
- If client and server are seperated, also copy z_designer.iwd to your normal COD2 game
installation. Create the same fs_game folder as the server is using, and copy the file
  to this folder.
- Enable designer mode in mapcontrol.cfg.
- If you want to manipulate e.g. TDM spawnpoints, make sure the server is configured to
  start a TDM map.
- Optionally you can set ex_designer_showall to show all spawnpoints in a map.
Due to xmodel limitations this may cause problems on some maps!
